I wanted to buy an Instagram account off him, but I couldn't use BTC so he suggested steam funds.

I then bought him a code off G2A and he said the code didn't work, when it obviously did, then didn't reply again.

I don't know why you deal with that person in the first place. Look at his reputation before dealing, this is completely your fault. I feel sorry for you but you ain't gonna get that money back. Hopefully that scammer will get a closed account very soon. 🤝
