Old thread had too many people and pm's and seeing as the 50 limit thing it's too hard so here is the method. (It's in referall because I used an adf.ly link to shorten the link it's around 500+ characters)

Yes, you can. It's very simple just sign up and use that CC and it asks for your number, take the call and put the PIN in and done.

Pretty blackhat method.
Moreover, you will be required to verify an existing U.S phone number to get a "Google Voice Number", and then use that Google Voice Number and a Fake CC to get the VPS. It's AWS (Amazon), they can easily trace you back, If they want to.
I am afraid most of the members wouldn't find this method useful. Thanks for sharing anyways.

I am talking about "Google Voice Number", needed to activate the AWS account.
"Google Voice" is available for US residents only.
