Webhosting/VPS/Dedicated Servers (Offshore, Nice Prices etc.)

I mean if you add portforwarding to the VPN it can attract RAT users.
You can also add voice servers or game servers if you'd like.

Unless you're willing to spend around $500 - $1000 on upgrades, custom client and decent servers you're outta luck with both over saturated markets.

This is just a bad advice. You cannot possibly do "everything better and cheaper" in this small scale. The more you buy (servers), the cheaper you'll get them. if you're not buying hundreds or thousands of them, you won't get them any cheaper and you can't possibly outprice any big competitors. The same goes for everything else, not just servers.
The OP is not going to get anything done, I'm just saying. In business, an idea without execution is nothing. He's just throwing out ideas but has no clue what he's doing or how to actually execute his ideas.
You need some good short and long term plans before starting a business. Everyone can come up with an idea but that alone is worth nothing.
