Disabling group policies - Looking for BH partners! - Jun 14, 2015

I'm currently at work and I can access almost every website but two, which is ebay and twitter. I've tried other sites that are connected to those ones and I'm able to access the others.

I know it's somewhere in the group policies, just to confirm it did also come up with an error saying it was, but how would I go about disabling it so I can get on those sites?

Thanks, Jisoh.

Don't if you like your job. This is a setting on the domain server most likely, meaning you'd have to login as the admin on the domain to change the setting.

Argh, thought it'd be something they wouldn't notice. I work at a local government job and everyone around me is around the age of 40-70. If it's risky, I'll just forget about it.

Thank you though.

If you are a part of domain and don't have access to domain administrator account, there is nothing you can do. Read your contract as well because abusing group policies might come with consequences.

Yep, gpos are sent down from the domain admits, you can't mess with them unless the administration fked up and left that option available to set your own policies
