Image Blog like UberHumor.com theme for my site? (TopYouTubeComments.com) - joshv06 - Jun 16, 2015
I have WordPress on it right now.
Anyone know of some good themes or blog software that can get me a simple site like that?

You looking for free themes or paid themes? If paid, what's your budget?

Mainly free. I'm broke right now. If paid, I can come up with 50 in a week.

Alright and do you have any coding experience at all in html and css? If so then it'll be a lot easier to find a theme that looks relatively similar and you can just change the color scheme to fit what you want.
