Only reason behind purchasing this was he stated

I was given the account he promised

After using the method the a little while with the help from him via Skype I then logged off for the night with 37,501 bits (after he helped me with a little thing and added a couple more bits for me). I then went to login this morning using the same link he gave me and the balance of the account was 0. I then sent him a PM regarding this and haven't heard anything from him.

I know this isn't a lot of money, but I'm trying to prove a point of people with these refund options that don't give them. I was promised an account with 10,000 bits, but "somehow" someone else got the link and took the bits.
