[TUTORIAL] Create realistic proof-pics with Photoshop! [by Sakurro] - Sakurro - Jun 22, 2015
I read that many of you have problems creating proof-pics, so I want to help you out with my method.
Requirements:
3 minutes of your time, any version of Photoshop, a picture of your E-Whore.
Step 1:
Import your raw proof-pic to Photoshop. I had to censor the boobies because of our rules.

IF YOU WANT TO WRITE ON BARE SKIN, CONTINUE WITH STEP 5.
This method works on paper just as on skin.
Step 2:
Select this tool and select parts of the text with it. As you see, the text vanishes.
If not, just select it a couple more times and play around with the tool.

Step 3:
As you see, my result is still not good. So I select the odd looking locations of the image and try to improve it.

Step 4:
Et voila. Now we got a blank sheet of paper.

Step 5:
Now create a new layer by clicking on this small button.

Step 6:
Select the paintbrush tool. Set a small size (I'll use 2px) and set 100% hardness.

Step 7:
Now using the paintbrush tool, write your text in a girly font onto the sheet of paper (make sure you are painting on the new layer).
I recommend to zoom in to write more accurately.

Step 8:
Then go to filter > blur > gaussian blur and add just a tiny blur to your layer and press OK.
In my example I used 0.6px.

Step 9:
Now lower the opacity of your new layer to 70-95% depending on your picture.

Step 10:
Our last step is to make it more realistic. As we all know pictures always have a bit of noise in it because no camera is perfect yet.
Now, our text will become a part of the picture by adding some noise.
Go to filter > noise > add noise and play around with the intensity.
Press OK and you should have a good looking proof-pic.

That was a great tut! I dont have any pics with a piece of paper, i write everytime on the body. It looks good, i use a font but it looks too realistic so i have to try to write manually with the mouse which will result in a bad nonrealistic pic :-D

OP, it would be easier to use fill content aware, rather than spot and healing it.
It becomes much smother, no noticeable burns and higher quality.
it might be tough on the edges, use the pen tool.
