I would like to know how I would be able to find someones facebook username or email without having to ask them for it or anything like that. 😁

You could always click on lost password and use their phone number to bring up their profile. However, you need their phone number to do that....

If you have physical access to the machine, then you can do the following:
+ RAT
+ Stealer
+ Keylogger
You could also try cookie hijacking, see where that gets you. 🤝

This will pretty much tell the user that someone is trying to access their account... 😏

That's true, but only if you follow everything through to completion. Simply putting in their phone number is enough to pull up their username, facebook then asks you if that is your profile.

Look at the users profile, Check About look at info.
Type in google: there name look on google images find the pictures see if linked in with other social network accounts.
If still no luck save there image and try reverse image search on google to find Socail media accounts.
Make sure to check there socail media accounts for emails or more information.
if they have a mobile number copy it and google like so
intext:. <number> # I found a girls number from facebook posting stuff for sale with her email and address
If that has failed try there name like this in google : firstname + secondname + @ %%%%%%.com / .co.uk / net
