Hi,
So, I came across a profile and saw that someone got a +3 by an Ub3r with the reason:
''Wij helpen elkaar met rep geven +3''
Okay, I know this is the Dutch language (i know this because I live in Amsterdam since a while), and it means ''We help each other with giving rep +3''. Is this worth to report Omni, or is this allowed? I read the Reputation Policy multiple times, but can't decide. Hope some of you can help me.

I wouldn't say it's against the rules. There's no proof he's asking for rep as such. Also if you do report it and omni doesn't like your report then you're the one who gets a rep fuck. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

Yes, I think the same thing. But was not sure about that, so was asking for more opinions. Thanks for your input.

Just fwd it. It's an English only board, this includes reps. And he's clearing hinting for a +3 with the
inclusion of "+3". Don't even need to read the dutch to know what he wants.
