I think some sections might be monitored due to the information. Could be used by various people. Especially if HF members find flaws in programs and such..

There's definitely FBI or something similar watching HF, look at the name of the site "Hack" forums.
But because Omni has restricted blackhat activity, and doesn't allow fraud, carding,etc... I'm sure its not #1 on there priority list.
