IRC Bot executing comands - xlesl - Jun 29, 2015 Hello my Friends, im Lesly. Today i tried to find a way to execute commands on my servers with an IRC CHAT. the way: ill connect to a channel, my servers to configure are in this channel aswell. Ill send the command ""sudo aptitude update"" and each server should execute this command. should be something like an bot on each server, who sends the irc chat to the command prompt of the tservers. does it possible and how? kind regards Lesly * - Kryptonic - Jul 1, 2015 sure. you could code this on your own using perl :) * - Conceal - Jul 1, 2015 If your talking about your IRC Attack Commands, make sure that you have bots connected to your stub. You can use Darkness' modified Kaiten Bot. http://pastebin.com/FKLRFrS3 Note: I believe thats Jas0n's profile... dun rage if I'm wrong. * - Lucifer Morningstar - Jul 1, 2015 (Jul 1, 2015 09:43 AM)Hallucinating Wrote: If your talking about your IRC Attack Commands, make sure that you have bots connected to your stub. Attack command has nothing to do with a shell command which OP needs in this situation. Find a bot that allows terminal/shell command execution. * - Jаson - Jul 1, 2015 Perl bots and kaitens allow you execute commands directly from the IRC channel.
