Your update settings are either not set or wrong. You should check if the list of files appears in the Update tab otherwise your URL is probably wrong.

no its not my product im just a customer of it it was working before theni closed the program and reopened it only to find the error

PM the creators of the rat with the issue after trying these
because it could also be that the settings in their liscence panel arent able to be read properly

Nooo, I don't provide support to end-users. If you're having trouble with an application you need to contact the owner, if they can't figure it out for you then they can contact me for guidance.
