As I have some spare PayPal, I will be giving some away for a good reason.
By this I mean, if you are a few dollars or cents off of buying something, I might be able to help you.
Not just giving away money to someone who doesn't need it. You must have a good reason.

I dont have any good reason for a small amount. A good reason probably will require more then a few dollars...
Maybe you can help me with something else that will not require money, if you have the knowledge how to create a mail server.
