The term is called Post Anime Depression Syndrome, aka PADS.
It's the worst feeling after watching an anime, but it doesn't always happen to me.
It most often happens when I have deep interest toward and/or feel the anime is incomplete.
I'll have a connection to characters I'm interested while I'm watching/completed an anime but the feeling fades when I move onto a new anime.

finishing animes is the hardest thing for me since i can't find anything as good as last one or better :/ soo i end up not watching anime for like 2 weeks until i finish researching recommended anime from the same anime i watched xD
