Unable to partition drive (Linux Mint 17.2) - clark.dll - Jul 15, 2015

I am running Linux Mint on a three year old laptop and I'd like create a 200GB partition on the HDD but for some reason the option to do so is grayed out and I'm not sure why. Here's what it looks like for me.

Does anybody know why it's greyed out? Suppose it was working and I wanted 200GB of space, where would I put 200000 MiBs? Would it go in the "New Size" text box or what?

It would go in new size... Not free space. You could probably drag the bar at the top to resize the partitions as well.

Okay thanks.

I tried that, but sadly it didn't work.

If Im reading this correctly, it's saying that I cannot partition this drive because it's my main drive with my OS on it?
