Which one do you like the best and why?
My fav. is a tie between windows 7 and 8 but ive seen really promising things coming from windows 10.

I'm really curious to see how Win10 turns out. I'm also looking forward to Spartan, and I can't wait. So far though, I'd have to say Win7. I like Win7 because it's pretty straight forward and non confusing imo. Windows 8 also halts me from using some of my favorite software and that was a major setback.

My personal favorite is Windows 7 because it's not as bloated with features as Windows 8 and it feels like it's actually made for a desktop unlike Windows 8. I'm not too sure how Windows 10 is like, but I'm sure I'll switch over to it once it gets released.

It could just be nostalgia, but XP is my favorite by far.
I mean, of course i use 7 at this point and it's great, mainly because the interface is kind of similar to XP, but XP set the standards for all OSs to come.
Also tried Windows 8 and hated every minute of it. as for 10, haven't seen enough yet to decide.

I really like Windows 8.1 at the moment. Interested in Windows 10 but I think I'm going to wait to see how the release is for a few weeks before jumping aboard.

I didn't like the new and "progressive" look on Win8 at all.
You can use the shells to make it look like WIn7, but it's just not the same.

From experience Windows 7 was the best OS. I didn't like Windows 8 much, I hated the way it looked, it was very hard to operate it.
Windows 8 should've been Windows 10 instead.
Right now, if I was to choose an OS, I would go with Windows 10, as I've been playing around with the Technical Preview and I like how it handles and feels.

Windows 7 was a really solid, good OS. Windows 8 with its schizophrenic UI experience between the Metro (sorry Modern UI) and desktop interfaces was a usability nightmare - although in most other respects there were technical improvements over Windows 7. Windows 10 (if the technical preview is any indication) appears to be Windows 8 done right, both interfaces have been fused quite nicely with the UI adapting to match the hardware far more effectively. I'd choose Windows 10 now.

Windows 7 is best until now. I just feel comfortable when uses Windows 7. It has the best looks comparing with other win 8 or win 10 os.

Definitely Win 7 perfect made for desktop. Very comfortable and looks 100% better than win 8.
