If I'm selling BTC for PayPal, I make sure I have all of their information before they send the PayPal, plus check their history. I base my rates on the preev pricing. If it's super low, I'll sell for a higher percentage. If it's on the rise, I'll sell a little lower. I always follow the trends. 10-15% is the rough percentage increase range I stay in.

obviously cash is your safest bet with lowest earning potential.
and paypal is highest risk with high earning potential
