Can anyone make a theme like the new FireFox settings?

Someone might find it a good idea and give it a shot for free, but the result will most likely not be the same. Or pay someone to do it for you and get almost an identical copy.

I got excited at first as I thought you had created the theme in the images.
But then I realized they were screenshots of FireFox. (I don't use FireFox)

However, I'm really busy at the moment with taking online college courses as well as creating a theme for another wonderful HF user. You can PM me if you'd like and maybe we can work something out.
