Well, I got a 10% warning for a Marketplace Violation for trying to sell a steam account for Bitcoin, then I tried selling a Starbucks Card for Bitcoin and I try and login a few hours later and I'm banned? Why is this?

Because those are not allowed to be sold and/or wrong marketplace.
Also multiaccounting is not allowed.

1. You aren't allowed to sell Steam Accounts outside of the Non-Free Accounts section. If you're not Ub3r and cannot post there you are SOL.
2. You cannot sell gift cards. https://hackforums.net/misc.php?action=help&hid=21
