register website to altervista.org (free)
upload the 4 files in the .rar to altervista
rename index.php.txt to index.php
rename .htaccess.txt to .htaccess
optionaly change index.php to index.jpg
send the link to ur victim: yourwebsite.altervista.org/index.jpg
victime ips are in log.txt

How could it be infected? It's an rar archive, as far as I know they can't be infected.
And in the archive and only text, php and js files.
