3 people robbed our local subway the cameras got there photos but quality is horrible. I thought of my second home here and just maybe a few are good with photo editing. I will upload this picture if anyone would like to try and enhance the picture that would be cool. I tried to zoom and few other things but it looks horrible.

Probably just that if you want a more no pixel image. Because we GFX pros always use HD images.

We can't recover information in an image that is already lost.
If you want someone can redraw their faces or something (which we're creating new image information) to make the picture look 'clear' but I don't think thats what you want.
