Maybe its just the fact I have a Pre-disposition about Licensing Systems in General
But what makes this system any more secure than Netseal or others?
You still house a user database somewhere, you have to, and that alone makes the clients vulnerable to personal information being divulged.

Most importantly, how am I to trust if the Authorities kick your door down and lay a large list of criminal charges against you, you wont simply hand them the unlock code to the encryption?
- You can not make any form of guarantee like this, because ANYONE in the right mind placed in a situation like this is going to try and lessen their liability to get out of trouble.

We heard this same assurance from Alex Yücel and Michael Hogue.
While I agree we security experts require some form of licensing system, I openly argue ANYTHING that holds a database is a risk to us.
