What coding languages should I learn to start making RATs? - Kappa1234 - Jul 31, 2015

Hey, I've just left school and planning on studying ICT in college. For starters I have a great interest in coding, games, and software development, I have spent a couple hours on CodeAcademy learning basic HTML and things of the sort, but I'm not sure which language would be best for me.
I've had a jab at Python too, which doesn't seem to be too difficult to learn.

I really want to try and make my own Remote Admin Tool, but I don't know too much about different coding languages (I'm pretty new to this stuff).

I have used DarkComet before and made some simple stubs which I used to prank friends, but I don't really trust any downloads from the internet which is the main reason I want to make my own.

Thanks in advance :D

Welcome to hack forums mate, you have a lot of ambition if you are willing to learn then that's what you need to focus on, you are interested in learning Python I recommend learn python the hard way just google it, that helped me out alot when I first started out, before you do that however I recommend learning basic command line interface.

Python wont help you with rats.
Try c/c++ or c#.

Thanks a lot for the info, I've been looking at Java a little bit, so hopefully it shouldn't be too hard.

Strong R.A.T's are coded in C\C++\C#. I prefer C\C++.

If you are new to coding software, you could start with something basic; for example VB.Net (C#). Which you can download here: Click me!

You could also check out my YouTube channel, I'm doing on there 4 tutorials each week, based on beginner/advanced/intermediate.

Use a language that can easily call the Win API and is native so C/C++ and Delphi are good candidates otherwise there is no "best" language. You also need to have a strong knowledge of network programming.
