How do I decrypt a message like that?

Unfortunately, without the private key, you will not be able to decrypt the message.
In addition, we don't how many bits of encryption has been used.
It could've been 256bit, 512bit or even 2046bit.

I have zero knowledge of PGP. I only understand there are private keys, public keys and messages.

A private key is never shared on the internet. Only the public key gets shared around. This code you posted, is the encrypted message.
And to decrypt this message, you must have the private key.
This is how PGP encryption works. To encrypt the message a public key is used, to decrypt the message a private key is used.
