i realy wanne know what tis lock computer thing does the the victems pc
is it somthing useful or not can som1 explain

Well, i don;t own it but i'm guessing it does one of two things;
Disables mouse/keyboard and possibly screen so that the "victem" cant do anything.
Locks the pc at boot so that the "victem" cant do anything on the pc, whatsoever.
Also your spelling and grammar just gave me e-cancer. Look out guys its contagious.

If its anything like the same from NanoNana (Nanocore plugin) it will stop the victim from using their computer by putting the system on "System Lock"
