I'm a big fan of the main piece (maybe see what it looks like with just one yellow shade, apart from the pixels those should stay as different shades). As for the text, I see what you're trying to do their with incorporating the main logo into the text, but for me personally I find it a little bit off. It almost looks too detailed and that makes the motion part a little difficult to read. I'd play around with different options for the text part. But still, overall, looks good.
