What is Neos Downloader?
It's a tool that silently download your rat, using its direct download link.

Why using it Neos Downloader?
Because the stub has a low size and it is semi-FUD and with a simple encryption you may get it FUD.

How to make a downloader using Neos Downloader?
Just to upload your stub to a upload website that give you the direct link, then put it in the textbox and click Build.
And you got your downloader.
If you run it, it will silently download the stub and run it.

There will be any updates?
I will add many features to to the downloader as sleep and startup...

I used nodistribute and refud.me first, but I said to myself maybe they will think the program is backdoored and crypted, he didn't scan in virusscan to not lose the encrytion. xD

So could someone correct me if im wrong? The stub is the finished config of your RAT, and you upload it to a website to be downloaded? After that the purpose of the program is beyond me. Anyone got some help? I'm just trying to learn all I can.
