Is it allowed to discuss about Steam theft? - Matt Bomer™ - Aug 16, 2015
Lately there are lots of thread in which people are discussing about stealing of items in steam.
Just wanted to know, is that allowed or it falls under disallowed blackhat activity?
Thank you.

Well, people are mentoring others on how to steal in the marketplace so I don't see anything wrong with it as of now, but it could be that it isn't allowed, nothing officially says that it isn't.

There was also one of the thread in partnership which stated about how he is looking for a guy with whom he would steam inventories and stuffs.

Omniscient stated he will be removing threads and warning members for these threads. So No.
