Full diet plan, full workouts, full customization on the diet plan.
Just the diet will suffice in weight loss.
The diet is based for lowering body fat percentage while maintaining muscle.

I've received a vouch copy of the eBook.
Let me just say that there is NO magical way of losing weight just like that but this eBook is detailed and contains useful tips to lead you on your weight loss path.
The layout is simple, the font is readable.
