Could I use this theme for my C# project? In case yes how would I get this working? Always just been working with the basic visual studio themes.

Either convert to C# or compiile as DLL then add as reference.

Your points are valid, though I don't like including my applications with a large class of which I only use 10% of the actual functionality included in it. The theme looks amazing, good work!
