Posting multiple times in a row. - Nice - Aug 18, 2015 Hello. I am in the process of writing a very large tutorial for the forums. The post will be exceeding the 12,000 character limit that L33Ts are able to post. My question is, how does one go about posting in this fashion: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4853932 As you can see his tutorial is broken up into multiple sections, each one a new post. Normally, when a user posts after themselves it will merge with the first post. I am just wondering if there is any way for a member like myself to post like this, or the best route I should take when posting my tutorial. Thanks HF! * - gore - Aug 18, 2015 You get someone to place post-holds on your thread. You post, they post, then you post again, they delete their post, and repeat. That way you have multiple post back-to-back. * - Nice - Aug 18, 2015 Thank you for the quick answers guys. (Aug 18, 2015 03:32 PM)xadamxk Wrote: need a subforum to build something, let me know. I'm not exactly certain what you mean by this but if I am correct, I think that would be really useful, thanks * - Aurora - Aug 18, 2015 (Aug 18, 2015 03:34 PM)Nice Wrote: Thank you for the quick answers guys. He's trying to say, he can help you out by being a placeholder. You post. He post. You post. He post. He deletes his posts, so it becomes: Your post. Your post. * - Nice - Aug 18, 2015 (Aug 18, 2015 04:09 PM).Sinister Wrote: He's trying to say, he can help you out by being a placeholder. I was just asking what he meant about "needing a subforum" but regardless this has been answered, thanks, |
