So there is this simple PHP website, which has some files that's open for public, but you cannot download them without logging in, does somebody know a way around it? The files in question is at the bottom of this page:

Just a random thought cant say it will work for sure.
Try using a tool to edit http packet headers
There are a few old school ones for firefox as a plugin tool..
With a tool that allows you to edit/view the http packets your browser is sending/recieving in live steps.
It will allow you to read/edit the packet right before your browser really decides to send it to the server.
Use this while trying to access the download link and maybe you could trick it into allowing the download..
By posting username data with your http post the server might respond with the download give you put a username that is valid on the server.
If that doesnt work then the site probably uses cookie data along with http post data.
