OMC Integration - Omniscient - Aug 27, 2015
Meh, I decided to install the plugin provided by the Omnicoin Dev Team to HF as a test.
I think it's not ready to production release by F-it. Why not? I know they did the work and well, feeling rather unhappy how this is all workout out (or not working out).

Consider it a beta. I know it looks terrible but it is functional. I was planning on cleaning up the GUI before launching it but time has just never allowed it. With the plugin installed and running I may be more likely to fix it.
Bittrex might remove OMC tomorrow. I guess it depends on their algorithm for the activity. One day we had a few BTC but not every single day we had .2 BTC. Unsure if it's going to average enough or if we need to convince them to keep it. I think if we're delisted that OMC will be close to dead.
If it does go dead then I will very likely convert the plugin for BTC instead. So the work at least won't be wasted in that regard.

Yep, and if you have any OMC in the address it will show on your posts / threads by your rep.

Is that supposed to show up on the postbit? If so, I don't see it. I also noticed it showed up on the UserCP.

Yes. From what I remember it only shows your balance if it is positive. I'll double check the code.

Interesting, I like this. This could potentially make the market place a little safer since users OMC (and maybe BTC in the future) will show on the users profile page. Thanks to Omni for adding it and the creators that made it. 🙂

Ah ok. Is there something that automatically updates the amount stated on your profile? The amount didn't update on mine.
