Is there anywhere to get free high quality templates? - SIM-2502833 - Aug 30, 2015
Currently I'm just looking for clean crisp themes that have a scrolling effect similar to seen here: http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/55458.html
Is there ANYWHERE you can find something like this online? I can only find paid ones. Does anyone have any? I'm not currently up to date with how to run and manage websites, but honestly all this website is gonna be is the homepage, a couple other informational pages, and 1 page with a php contact script.
I wasn't planning on running wordpress, but if absolutely necessary, I guess I could.

This template has a scrolling effect based on where you are on the page:

I'm sure you can customize it for directions/effects etc.
Also, that entire website has some cool responsive layouts based on html5/css3. It's a pretty good source of inspiration when building a website in my opinion
