If the "standard" list of plugins isn't here, I recommend that you message me the gamemode you want a plugin list for, and you also link me to a server that has that gamemode incase I am unfamiliar with it. Thank you, I will update this list with my personal favorites.

Add sites for resources like Bukkit and Spigot.
Also recommend premium plugins like CrateKeys, Featherboard, ETC.
But if you want to stick to free plugins, this is ok.

Add Vault and an economy plugin to the "standard" list (economy is also integrated into essentials)
also GAListener and Votifier to set up a voting system :P
And what's IP-Check good for? I assume something that shows you who plays or played on what IP? Could also use essentials for that, /whois <playername> for the IP and /seen <IP> to see who all played from that IP :)
And I thought it was a plugin list? Why is BungeeCord listed as a plugin?
And dont use a plugin like ip-whitelist, if you have your own vps/dedi set up IPTables, if youre using a shared host, ask your host to set them up for you, it's the cleanest and safest way to do this.
If you add prison any time soon, these are some good/basic plugins:
- MineResetLite (+MineResetPlus adds some cool stuff)
- Some crates plugin (Go to spigotmc's resources region and use the search option, there's a bunch of great ones out there, both free and paid)
- SellAll (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/sellall-sell-everything-in-one-go.1221/) or AutoSell, both paid resources but keeps players around because they dont have to waste their time on selling items with shitty essentials sell signs which just sell a stack per click...
- Plotme or PlotsSquared (I prefer plotsSquared)

I would suggest
EssentialsX by drtshock over Essentials (1.8 only)
PEx over GM
CratesReloaded over CrateKey
FactionsUUID by drtshock over Factions
Also you might add CustomEnchantments (Optional) if you want!
