Please bring back NSFW mode! - Ninetales. - Sep 4, 2015
I found nsfw.hf.net one of the most useful resources when browsing on Data/in school/workplace! I would love to see this feature back, and I believe it was ETA'd to return after the server switch, but it's been what I believe has been a few months since, and I would love to see NSFW back!

You're probably thinking of the progress thread that was released around that time. Until it returns you can manually disable avis and sigs under Edit Options. It's as close as you'll get.

nsfw.hf.net removes avatars and signatures, giving hf a cleaner and safer experience when you're in public 🤝

Two temporary solutions for the time being:
- Use uBlock (available for mobile) or AdBlock (also available for mobile) and set filters to specific URLs. Ex: https://hackforums.net/images/modern_bl/logo_bl.gif
- Use this userscript made awhile back: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4824235
Both are great solutions, hope this helped you out.
