Hey HF,
I just had a quick question. I know the currency exchange is only for ub3rs, but are regular members allowed to post anywhere else to get PP to BTC? Just want to make sure before I do the wrong thing as I want to stay HQ.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't regular members still post responses to threads within that section?
I thought they were just incapable of creating their own currency exchange threads.

Yeah, they are, but the thing is, I only need a couple bucks and all the threads always say like $20 minimum, just trying to look for exactly my amount ya'know?

I see what you mean.
Well apart from that, I don't believe regular members are capable of carrying out currency exchanges elsewhere. You'll either have to wait until a thread pops up with someone who's interested in exchanging small amounts, or perhaps even contact a few exchangers through private messages and see if you can both come to an arrangement.
