Basically as the title says it all, I think I have every class level 70 it just finding people to play with and gear. So overall is Diablo worth getting back into?

I'd say so, they've changed a lot and the current state the game is at is pretty nice. I'd give it a go, if you don't like it you obviously don't have to play it.

simple answer - yes
patches have made the game far better than it was on release
now it's almost enjoyable ;)
