[C++] Volkoff Http Botnet - Development thread - Looking for testers - VolkoffHttp - Sep 15, 2015
Volkoff is an HTTP bot written in C/C++. With an easy to use panel and simple control, Volkoff is a great HTTP bot for all general uses. It has all the features of a stable, reliable, and properly made bot. Almost all HTTP bots are quickly thrown together with simple features as drop to %appdata%, set Run registry key, and send plaintext communication with C&C. Time has been taken to put Volkoff above these run-of-the-mill malware seen so often. Volkoff features a startup method other than registry key, heavily encrypts its communication, and is able to keep persistence of its own process. In this way, Volkoff aims to provide a dependable HTTP bot to the community. Specific features are as follows:
We will be giving access for people to test out our product. If you would like to beta test it please let me know and I will review and if I accept you. Make sure to have jabber so we can discuss. Beta testers would be given access tomorrow.
Features:
(These are features we currently have completed for our bot)

☑ Binary size 70kb uncompressed
☑ UAC Social Engineer
☑ Non registry key startup method
☑ Startup as admin every logon
☑ Process persistence via dummy process watching bot's process, bot also watches dummy process for more stability
☑ Bot is stable. Watches its threads and will relaunch thread if it fails
☑ Encrypted communication (via RC4 protocol, each bot install has different RC4 key)
☑ Supports commands: download and execute, update bot from URL
Tested on Windows XP-8.1 (x86 and x64)
Plugins in testing:
These are things we are currently working on to adding to our bot.
- Hidden URL visitor (page muted) - Basically done but needs more testing
- x86 rootkit (hide process and bot file) - rootkit just needs to be adapted to couple other OS's, has been tested on win7 and 8
- Others to come, and possibly from requests of customers
Beta Test Application:
To beta test our botnet we need people who can actually provide some useful information for us so please be able to know how to use a botnet and bring in infections etc.
To clarify we are looking for people who are able to test it on multiple platforms from high to low amounts of victims and you will be running commands to check if they are working. The panel will be hosted on our end on our server. We just need someone to run some test with about 10-20 victims per OS. Also to see how much we can load without any issues which is why someone with a EK would benefit our testings.
