As perverted as it was, it had a decent story. I thought it was a bit short and the main enemy was not really that menacing. I do think the main guy is an idiot for refusing Anna's advances. It's an 8/10 for me.

The show was okay, more of a stupid funny than anything. In the end it's still a boring world where dirty jokes don't exist. ~7/10

My first impression was, that the anime is quiet silly but at least entertaining and random enough to watch it. But recently I heard that the regulation of pornography is actually quiet a hot topic right now in asia. I think it was only Japan and Hongkong -but not the republic of china- that allows the production and trading of pornography. Kinda similar like the marijuana debate, I think.
