Well, I do apologise, I really know next to nothing about IT but long story short - the players in that game all have a potential rating on a scale of 1-20. 1 meaning the player will become completely useless and 20 meaning he will develop into a world class player. That rating is hidden though and is revealed only by scouting a specific player (but scouting is limited). Thus, I am writing to ask if you think it would possible at all to somehow get that 1 number displayed for every player without actually scouting him?
To answer your question - I guess it must be about the database, right? :)

Also, let´s say somebody is willing to help me and I would like to pay them for the trouble. Could you please show me the part of the forum I should leave my corresponding message in? I read that stuff like this belongs to the "Market" but I didn´t find an appropriate place for this in there either. This forum is just huge :)
