I've been trying to post in the marketplace forever but I can't and it's really irritating.
How about a non-upgraded member marketplace except it has a few rules:
1: Non-upgraded members must go first with everyone to prove legitness.
2: You can only deal with non upgraded members?
I'm not sure.
All I want is the marketplace lmao

It's not like you can't tell if someone is scamming.
Besides people can choose to use a middle man.
And it's also not like everyone is going to pull a djeted one and sell consoles/phones

You need to have at least 1 reputation point to post in the marketplace. There is already a marketplace for non-upgraded users which is the Secondary Sellers Market. Non-upgraded members are not allowed to post in the Premium Sellers Section. We recommend you to read the HF Help Documents if you need more information regarding the marketplace or our reputation system.

If you can't earn one reputation on the forum, you're doing something wrong. So it's probably best you're not in the marketplace. Be friendly and contribute to the community and you could possibly earn rep.
There will never be a marketplace for people with no rep. Lol.
