This is a really simple thread, I know how paypal operates and how to provide assistance in getting your funds unfrozen/limitations removed etc.
I will NOT do it for you, any phone calls, emails or other methods will be done by you, I just know the best ways to go about it.
Notice: I'm not perfect, Nor am I using some weird methods to try to help you, I just know what works because of my gold sites, after u call in 100+ times, talk to 20 supervisors, 80 agents etc, I've gone through every type of dispute/issue/agent/problem there is,I've been limited at least 6+ times for various issues, Perm limited once(had it reversed however).
Things I CAN help with:
-Winning Disputes
-Winning Charge-backs
-Limitations
-Issues sending money(such as we cant send your payment right now please try again later,other errors)
-Adding Debit/credit/bank to ur paypal, or removing
-Choosing whether to fight a chargeback/dispute(I'm good at detecting FRAUD)
-Other Account Issues
Things I DON'T help with:
-Perm Limitations(Not worth it to either of us)
-CHARGEBACKS(not disputes) under $50(not worth it to you or me)
-Hacking of/ releasing of funds if your not the paypal owner/have not obtained the funds legally
Cost:
* $20.00 Up-front OR
*20% of the Funds Released(or won via dispute/chargeback)
*You can Pay via any Methods(pp/debit/credit/skrill/07/rs3/ikov/giftcards/more)

-I will not help those that I think have stolen the paypal/funds
-I reserve the right to choose my own clients
-I'm not responsible for any losses/changes are made to ur paypal while trying to get your money back to you

In simple words, everyone can post some thread like this, don't even try to win the dispute and always earning $20 without any claim from customers... don't you think about this?

Some people would prefer to pay upfront if they have a big account balance and dont want to share it.
What am I suppose to do? Spend my time helping them and hope they tip me lol?
It's one of those situations, If someone doesn't want to pay a % what else would u recommend me to do?

What you suppose to do? Giving a refund if you can't complete the work.
If i paid for something and finally don't get it, the most obvious thing is asking for a refund. In this world at least works that way.
