So I was talking to Cibor the owner of OZONE and I did not have $50 so I pmed him saying can I get the $50 one for $45 and he said yes I paid him and now no reply I keept pming him and hes offline now.. hes a trusted guy why he do dis ?

You'll probably want to post this on the deal dispute section on the marketplace, might get some answers there. I don't think he would throw his business away just for $50

I without a doubt know that Cibor will resolve this though.

I was just about to say that he is either busy, or his wifi went out or something.

Generally when I send a payment to somebody for a product, if they don't respond, I wait a few hours before getting suspicious. Then if there's still no response I usually just go through their past posts trying to figure out if they did anything like that in the past.

I would wait about 24 hours before posting anything on HF, unless I see them online on HF and they're still not responding, then I would post immediately.

Keep in mind for next time, that sometimes people just get busy.

Everyone needs to chill out. The scam card is being used way to much.
