Seriously I've been going through this section and see many users not trying this and other not recommending it.
It's not the Holy Grail but for a free service it's got Pretty Awesome results.
Change your DNS to 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220
If your infected and struggling to remove the file it will prevent the connection back to the CnC. Blocks pages suspected of having Malware or a poor reputation.
