Ah,
So thats why you were asking in the C# section :)
You can display a dialog form with the parent being the browser btw, much better than other methods of opening a tab.

This was probably the wrong place to post this. Normally people grab any opportunity they can to make cash.

Yeah, what do you mean the parent being the browser?
Currently I check to see if a browser process is open, and active on the users screen. Then I open up the website.

Calling a form with Form.ShowDialog(IWin32Window) will make the form a dialog of the window you specify.
Dialogs freeze the main window and make it inaccessible.
Not sure if chrome will work like that, but might :)
