If I sell source I would sell 3 for $50 each.
It's a HQ rat. Not sure wether I should sell it or just sell source code.

If i were you I would sell the source code, so people can customize it to their own needs and learn from your code.

If it is a HQ RAT, each copy will sell for $30-40.
I'm sure that it is a public source.

Selling the source is easier, because you have to do alot to release a rat then responding to tons of pm's and emails, I tried releasing one and I have to say I don't understand how people can deal with the bullshit.
Just sell the source you don't even have to update nothing unlike an official rat
