I'm aware silent driveby was patched over s year ago. I just didn't know if there was anything like it.

NPAPI plugins died few years ago so this type of exploits does not exist anymore.
You might find some bullshit Flash exploits on the market nowadays but they are going to die soon (they already have bad exploit rate).
