hello, last year I upgraded my laptop from windows vista to windows 8.1, now Im unable to install catalyst and fix the issue.
basicly everytime I change my resolution to something that is not the native one... it shows blackbars.
specs : ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
laptop : TOSHIBA SATELLITE A300 - 1S9 System Unit

Is this 64bit Windows or 32bit?
