Before you read, I used to work @ GNC, I know my shit.

Step 1
Go out and buy this.

These are vitamin E gel caps pills.

Step 2
Once you get them, take one out.

Step 3
and poke a hole with this or a bobby pin

Step 4
[Image: nF3NmpE.png]
squeeze the gel out and apply to your face where needed. And leave for 30 mins

Step 5
Repeat step 1-4 once a day, every day for a month.
